Choose a compact 3-, 5-, or 10-minute Schulte Table flow with a warm-up, main rounds, readable rests, and a deterministic summary. Select an accuracy, steady-pace, mixed-practice, or challenge goal and set a maximum grid size. The session pauses when the page is hidden, can resume after refresh, and optionally adjusts size using a simple published rule rather than AI.

This is a general visual-search practice tool. It does not measure your visual field, diagnose attention, or replace professional eye or health advice.
Choosing 3, 5, or 10 minutes
Three minutes is compact, five adds a recovery round, and ten uses several phases with moderate rests and a final challenge. Round count depends on completion speed.
Accuracy versus steady pace
Accuracy emphasizes error-free selections. Steady pace favors comparable round times. Mixed alternates directions, while Challenge uses the configured upper size.
How adaptive difficulty works
Two error-free, stable rounds can add one row and column. More errors or a duration over 1.25 times the recent median can remove one, bounded from 3×3 to your maximum. This is a product rule, not a scientific threshold.
Active time versus elapsed time
Active time counts only running practice. Elapsed time includes visible rests and result review, while hidden-tab and manual pauses do not advance active timing.
Rest and screen comfort
Rest screens remain readable and can be extended. End the session whenever the screen becomes uncomfortable; a 10-minute plan never requires uninterrupted staring.
How session data is stored
An unfinished versioned session can be restored locally. Completed rounds save to the unified tracker, and the summary export is generated on this device.
