A Schulte Table asks you to find isolated targets in a grid. Reading requires language processing, eye movements across text, vocabulary, and comprehension. Record each activity with its own measure.
Some people place a short table round before reading practice. A faster table time does not by itself prove faster reading, better comprehension, or a wider visual field.

Choose a readable 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5 grid, complete one accurate round, and then begin normal reading. Skip the table if it causes strain or distracts from reading.
If your goal concerns reading, use an appropriate reading passage and check both time and comprehension. Do not infer a reading result from the Schulte timer.
